Received the Prime Minister's Award

A testimonial from the Prime Minister and a medal were awarded at the Prime Minister's Official Residence to Kenichi Horie for his special contributions in propagating and enlightening oceanic activities for long years.

I have returned to Nishinomiya, everyone!
It took sometime from my schedule, but because of the warmth support I received I was able to make it safely.
E-mail exchanges from the students of Tsuneishi and a total of 500 communications through amateur radio stations. This is where I get my spirit when things donft go according to plan especially when there was no wave and wind that made me static. I really appreciate it.
